About this driver

Read-only RTI driver for the Tesla Wall Connector (Gen 3), talking straight to the charger's local network API — no cloud, no Tesla account. It surfaces live charging status, power draw, energy delivered, current, grid voltage/frequency, and handle/PCBA/MCU temperatures on your touchpanels, plus lifetime totals (energy, charge starts, connector and contactor cycles) and a whole-site 'Green Dashboard' of every charger's combined power and energy. Events fire on every change — vehicle connected, charging started/stopped, fault, over-temperature — including a derived 'Charging Complete' you can wire to an announcement when the car finishes charging. Monitors up to 8 chargers in a single instance, and one license covers every charger on the processor. Read-only by design: Tesla exposes no local control, so this is pure telemetry — perfect for energy dashboards, charge-done notifications, and presence automations. Not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.

What's included

  • Live local telemetry from the Tesla Wall Connector (Gen 3) — no cloud, no Tesla account
  • Charging status, power (kW), session + lifetime energy, current, grid voltage/frequency, and handle/PCBA/MCU temperatures
  • Whole-site 'Green Dashboard' — combined power, energy, and charging count across every charger
  • Events including a derived 'Charging Complete' — drive an announcement the moment the car finishes
  • Monitors up to 8 chargers in one instance; one license covers every charger on the processor
  • Read-only telemetry (Tesla exposes no local control); 120-minute MAC-locked free trial — try before you buy

How licensing works

  1. Download the driver (free — button on the right), install it in Integration Designer, and load to your processor. It runs unlocked for a total of 120 minutes of run time for compatibility testing. The clock is cumulative, so it does not reset when the processor reboots.
  2. Buy a license here, then sign in and enter your processor's MAC address on your account page. We issue a signed license key bound to that MAC.
  3. Paste the key into the driver's configuration. The trial wall goes away and the driver runs unlocked indefinitely.
