Privacy Policy

Custom Control Drivers LLC respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we do and do not collect when you use our website, our RTI XP drivers, and our companion apps including the RTi Companion Android app.

What we do not collect

  • Personally identifying information beyond your account email.
  • Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or analytics fingerprints.
  • Telemetry, crash reporting, or behavioral tracking.
  • Location data of any kind.
  • Third-party advertising or third-party trackers.

What we do collect

Account email — required so we can send your login link and license keys, and contact you about your purchases.

Purchase records — the drivers you buy, the processor MAC address you bind each license to, and the transaction record returned by Stripe. We do not store card numbers; Stripe handles payment processing.

License activations — when a driver checks in with our license server, we log the timestamp, processor MAC, and driver version so we can verify the license and detect abuse. We do not log media, room contents, or anything about how you use your system.

Server logs — standard HTTP request logs (IP address, timestamp, URL) retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention.

Who we share with

  • Stripe — for payment processing only. See stripe.com/privacy.
  • Cloudflare — for site hosting and DDoS protection.
  • Fly.io — for license server hosting.

We do not sell or rent your data and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

Companion apps

The RTi Companion Android app communicates only between your phone and your RTI processor (directly or through our relay). It does not collect contacts, location, microphone audio, or any other system data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your account data, request deletion of your account, or transfer your license at any time by emailing info@customcontroldrivers.com .

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be announced on this page.
